Douglass Senior Center

The Douglass Senior center is located at the 5-way controlled intersection of Martin Luther King Blvd (formerly Randall St. Expressway), Oakview Ave., and Moore Streets just to the north of VI College, and located in what was the old Douglass Elementary School. Parking is accessed via the side street on the north side of the building. The mobile clinic parks at the far end of the parking lot overlooking MLK Blvd. Patient registration is located within the Senior Center.


BRISTOL, VA - second Wednesday of the month

Bristol Faith In Action (BFIA)

BFIA is two blocks southwest of the 5-way intersection of Randall St. Expressway, Oakview Ave, and Moore Streets in a house at the corner of Oakview Ave. and Chester Street. Parking is available in several locations. Patient registration is located within the Faith In Action.

Anderson Street is three to four blocks south of State Street (the state line). The Haven of Rest Rescue Mission is located on the south side of Anderson St. midway between Volunteer Pkwy (11E) and Edgemont Ave. There are traffic lights at both of those intersections. Registration is located within the Haven office next to the mobile unit.

Stone Soup Food Pantry

Via I-81, take Exit 19 and turn towards Abingdon. It is one mile to the first traffic light. St. John Lutheran church is on the right just before the traffic light, and the Stone Soup Food Pantry is right behind it. Take the driveway just before the church, which also connects to the Hillman Hwy. Patient registration is located in the Food Pantry.


ST. PAUL (Wise County, VA) - visiting the 4th Thursday of the month

The Oxbow Center is a long, red brick building with a green metal roof, and is easily visible from Hwy 58. Via Hwy 58, turn north at the traffic light located at 4th Ave. Take the first right onto E. Riverside Drive. Registration is located within the Oxbow Center.

St. Anthony's Catholic Church is located on Main St. (Hwy 67) about a quarter mile west of the intersection with Hwy 421 near downtown Mt. City. Registration in located within the church.

** CMM periodically holds clinic at the First United Methodist Church on Church Street in downtown Mountain City as an alternative site. This relocation will be apparent on the CMM calendar.
