Crossroads Medical Mission an independent, non-profit 501(c)3 organization incorporated in Virginia.

CMM is a member of the Virginia Association of Free Clinics and the National Association of Free Clinics.

Our Board of Directors consists of representatives from the clergy, the business and legal communities, and the health care profession.

We are a Christian mission. We are affiliated with the United Methodist Church through the Abingdon District of the Holston Conference. Our home base is State Street United Methodist Church in Bristol, VA. We are, however, non-denominational in our mission and ecumenical in our partnerships.

Both staff physicians are board-certified by the American Board of Family Practice, licensed to practice in TN and VA, and members of the American Academy of Family Physicians. They are board-certified.

Our nurse practitioner is board-certified by the ANCC, and licensed to practice in TN and VA.
