We would love to take care of that for you! Please call our office at 276-466-1600 ext 3. We will register you and work together to find the best location and time that works with your schedule!
Is there paperwork involved?
Nope! All of our registration takes place verbally and is documented in our electronic health record system.
Do I need to bring anything to my appointment?
If you are a new patient, we do ask that you bring any current medications you are on so that we can add them to your chart and ensure we prescribe the correct dosage.
